It was a fraud and reported to Ebay Motors as such. The Pictures on the Previous auction were my Pictures and Stolen off of my Web site fordmustangsales.com   We are running this Auction as a basic Courtesy to those that buy on Ebay Motors, so that you are aware of this Problem. Any Contract for sale is between the Buyer and the Principal, M Detail. The Agent, California Classics & Collectibles, Inc. is acting only as an intermediary within its express authority. The Principal, who assumes all responsibility for such claims, makes all representations, descriptions, and warranties. The vehicle is offered with a right to a personal inspection by any bidder or representative of any bidder.

This car is being auctioned with a combined effort of California Classics & Collectible, Inc (the Agent) and M Detail (The Principal) both organizations are located in Southern California and have a total of 45 years in the classic car arena. The Vehicle is being Sold by a Licensed State of California Dealer (Cruzin Auto), all California DMV laws apply.

Terms of Auction:

1. A licensed state of California dealer is selling the vehicle. All California DMV laws apply. Any California buyer must pay local sales tax and licensing fees. All out of state Buyers will incur a $100.00 Documentation fee which will cover issuing a California Title in your name upon receipt of full payment. This Title will be issued by California DMV, and takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks, We as the selling Dealer will provide to you a validated copy of the DMV paper work to show Proof of Ownership and all other supporting Documentation. 
2. Buyer will pay for transportation. Upon request, seller will assist in arranging for transportation per buyer's request.
3. The vehicle is available for inspection prior to bidding by appointment. Viewing and physical inspection are strongly recommended to avoid any misunderstandings. Email or call to arrange viewing appointments at your convenience.
4. Shipping cost can only be estimated at the time of the auction. Prices vary due to fuel cost and supply and demand. Estimated shipping to the east coast at this time is $800 to $1199. Shipping can take up to 14 days due to scheduling of trucks.
5. All sales are final. Buyer is purchasing this vehicle AS IS with no warranties other than those listed above. Seller specifically disclaims the warranty of merchantability. Buyer has had the opportunity to view and inspect the vehicle and ask any and all questions.
6. This transaction is governed by California law.
7. Any disputes related to this transaction will be handled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Diego County, California.
8. The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and reimbursement of costs of arbitration or litigation.

9. Payment Terms:

• Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in U.S. Dollars.
• A deposit in the amount of twenty percent (20%) must be received within three (3) business days of the auctions close.
• Final payment must be received within seven (7) business days of the auction close.
• Once the payment has been received , Seller will forward by Express Mail all Contracts and DMV forms for the Buyer to sign and return via Express Mail. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment per California DMV laws. Once we have received all the Documents back we will go to DMV and get a California title Issued in your Name and forward all document back to you. 
• Transportation will be arranged only after final payment is received.

Buyer will pay for transportation, however we will assist you with shipping at Your request and will help ensure your vehicle is shipped properly and in accordance with your desires, as we have many contacts.
