Description
This is a project for someone that doesn’t want to shell out $65,000 for a done 67 Shelby. This car was taken completely apart by one of the previous owners. The unibody and fiberglass parts were stripped of all paint by plastic media blasting to prevent warpage. The underside was blasted to remove any paint, rust scale or undercoating. What was left was a bare metal car. The metal was then sealed with self etching Ditzler DP 74 red oxide epoxy primer to prevent rust.

One of the previous shops that worked on this car grafted on a repro ¼ panel poorly. We have a full cpe. ¼ panel that will go with the car. The rear floorpans have pin holes and will require piecing in a pan. The doors have the usual spots in the front corners. We will provide 2 NOS Ford fenders with the car. The 4 overlap spots under the hood need to be repaired correctly. My sheet metal man told me if he had everything he could do all these spots in 2 days.

As we are the 3rd restoration shop to have this car, some of the parts have been absconded by whoever. After a quick inspection we have concluded that the hard parts missing at this time are the shoulder harnesses, steering wheel, under dash gauges. It appears that the interior is complete , but needs attention.

The drivetrain is complete with a 6J dated block, correct heads, exhaust manifolds, C7ZX Intake. All machine work has been completed, ready to assemble. The C6 has been freshened, didn’t get a converter. Looks like all the shifter stuff is there! 3rd member has never been apart, looks to be the correct early nodular. Housing has been blasted and primered. Axles are the correct 31 spline.. The backing plates and drums are the correct wide Shelby units. No driveshaft but that’s standard mustang. We will include 4 new correct Magstar wheels, caps and lugs.

The original color for this car is Brittany blue with Black interior.

The car is sold as is. We can help arrange shipping to buyer. If this car is not sold within 45 days we will begin the restoration. Any questions, please let us know.

Buyer must pay %20 down within 1 week and remainder within 3 weeks.
